Feedback
Part of being a community hospital is knowing your
"community". This is accomplished by taking the time to listen to what is
important to people and their loved ones. At Pembroke Regional Hospital we use
patient satisfaction surveys as one way of finding out if we are meeting your
health care needs. On occasion you may receive a personal visit from a member of
our Senior Leadership Team to enquire about your stay at our hospital and ask
for feedback from you or your family members. You may also receive a written or
phone survey asking you for feedback on your hospital experience. We strongly
encourage you to complete/participate in the survey because it helps us to
improve the services and programs we deliver to you and your family.
Compliments/Concerns/Patient Advocate At Pembroke Regional Hospital, we take great pride in the high level of care we deliver to our patients and their families. We encourage you to share your experiences and feedback, whether positive or suggestions for improvement, with us. By communicating with us, we can best address any concerns you may have in a timely manner and also work on improving our care. The Manager or Director on your unit is always available and interested in hearing from you and your family. Please refer to the Program Services section of this directory for appropriate contact numbers or you may call Administration at extension 6172. |
