Diabetes Education Clinic and Nutrition Counseling
Our experts in diabetes management offer group and individual
counseling for adults and children with diabetes following best practices. Our
team provides several education sessions in communities in and around Pembroke.
Nutrition counseling is done on a group basis for cholesterol and blood fat
concerns; other nutrition issues are addressed on an individual basis for
outpatients and for patients admitted to the hospital. For more information,
