Rehabilitation – Outpatient


We provide outpatient physiotherapy services, mobile geriatric Day Hospital services, cardiac rehabilitation and pulmonary rehabilitation services by our expert team.

Some of our services are provided in a group setting, some are one-on-one with the therapist or healthcare professional. Please talk to your family physician about referrals to these services.
