Family members and friends supporting individuals who are dealing with mental health issues.


How we help:

We can help by providing:

  • Encouragement and support to families of those in recovery, through individual and group meetingsMother and son embracing an older man
  • Information pamphlets and resource guides
  • Access to the Family Information Library
  • Networks
  • Education to increase knowledge and understanding of mental illness, and reduce associated stigma
  • Wellness Support Group which meets every third Tuesday of the month from 1:30 to 3:00 pm, September through June
