Access your diagnostic images and reports

Pembroke Regional Hospital (PRH) has partnered with PocketHealth to improve patient access to diagnostic imaging and reports.

For a minimal fee charged by the provider, patients can use PocketHealth to obtain fast, easy and permanent online access to their recent or prior medical images and diagnostic reports from Pembroke Regional Hospital, eliminating the need to return to hospital and pick up their stored images on a CD.

Additionally, patients can upload previous imaging from a CD-ROM or USB, or share their imaging electronically with any physician or hospital anywhere. For physicians, medical images can instantly be viewed on any device in a Health Canada-certified viewer, without the need for additional software or account set-up.

PocketHealth subscribers also have access to the PocketHealth Report Reader which defines complex medical terms in order to assist with the understanding of reports and prompts patients to take follow-up action, if required.

Patients can request their records at pockethealth.com/PRH.

Once the records are available for viewing, the patient will receive an email from PocketHealth with a secure link from which the images can be instantly accessed, stored and shared.
