To support a patient and family-centred approach, PRH has developed a Patient and Family Advisory Council to form a collaborative partnership between patients, former patients, caregivers, families and PRH representatives to improve the quality of care and the patient experience.
This council acts in an advisory capacity to ensure the patient and families' voice is integrated into the planning, delivery and evaluation of services offered at PRH and make recommendations on the matters that impact their experiences here.
