Tim Hortons’ third-annual Holiday Smile Cookie Campaign returned to Pembroke and Petawawa in November, raising an incredible $15,086 for your Pembroke Regional Hospital!

 

Co-owner and operator of the McCluskey Group, Andy Burns, says, “We are very excited to partner with the Pembroke Regional Hospital Foundation for this year's campaign! It makes us feel very good to know that funds raised will go directly towards essential equipment for the labour and delivery unit at the hospital that services our community and our teams.”

 

Funds raised through this campaign will help fund the purchase of a new HUGS Infant Security System for the littlest patients at the Pembroke Regional Hospital.

 

An incredible 15,086 cookies were baked, decorated and purchased between November 17th and 23rd at the three Tim Hortons locations in Pembroke and the three Petawawa locations!

 

“The Pembroke Regional Hospital Foundation is honoured to have been selected as the local charity partner for this year’s Holiday Smile Cookie Campaign in Pembroke and Petawawa, and we want to send a big thank you to our community for purchasing their Smile cookies and supporting local healthcare,” said Roger Martin, PRHF Foundation Executive Director.

 

“Our team at the Foundation and the entire hospital staff were so excited to help with this year’s fundraiser, volunteering their time to decorate cookies, purchasing cookies and spreading the word. Nothing is better then seeing all those smiling faces, and that includes patients at PRH who will benefit directly through donations to our highest priority equipment needs. Thank you to all our volunteers, everyone who purchased a cookie and the Tim Hortons team,” Mr. Martin added.
