Wendy and Colonel Kris Reeves Support Local Health Care With Gift of Humanity Sponsorship
5/10/2026
The Pembroke Regional Hospital Foundation is proud to recognize Wendy Reeves and her husband, Colonel Kris Reeves, for their continued commitment to local health care through a $10,000 Gift of Humanity Sponsorship of the 21st annual Black & White Gala.
Longtime supporters of the Foundation and passionate advocates for their community, Wendy and Kris have once again stepped forward in support of local health care. Their sponsorship will help advance the Foundation's Together, We Care Campaign, supporting the equipment, technology, and patient care needs that help ensure exceptional care remains available close to home.
Wendy, Real Estate Broker at RE/MAX Pembroke Realty Ltd., has supported numerous Foundation initiatives over the years, while Kris's distinguished career in military service has been grounded in a deep commitment to helping others. Together, they have demonstrated a shared belief in giving back and strengthening the communities they call home.
"Supporting local health care is something that means a great deal to both of us," said Wendy Reeves. "The hospital plays such an important role in the lives of individuals and families throughout our region. We are proud to support the Foundation and help ensure patients have access to the care and equipment they need close to home."
Now in its 21st year, the Black & White Gala remains one of the Foundation's signature fundraising events, bringing together sponsors, donors, and community leaders in support of local health care.
"We are incredibly grateful to Wendy and Kris for their generosity and unwavering support," said Dr. Christy Natsis, Chair of the Black & White Gala. "Their commitment to community service is evident in everything they do.
Contributions like theirs help ensure we can continue investing in the equipment and programs that make a real difference for patients and families across our region."
Foundation Executive Director Roger Martin echoed that appreciation.
"Wendy and Kris have been valued supporters of the Foundation for many years," said Martin. "They understand the importance of investing in local health care and leading by example. Their generosity, community spirit, and dedication to making a difference are truly appreciated, and we are grateful for their continued support of the Black & White Gala and the Together, We Care Campaign."
The Pembroke Regional Hospital Foundation extends its sincere thanks to Wendy and Kris Reeves, and to RE/MAX Pembroke Realty Ltd., for helping make the 21st annual Black & White Gala possible and for their ongoing investment in health care close to home.
