PRH Foundation Announces Latest Round Of Catch the Ace Kicks Off June 18th

The Pembroke Regional Hospital Foundation (PRHF) is excited to announce the launch of their next Catch the Ace lottery, presented by OK Tire Pembroke! Ticket sales will open Wednesday, June 18th at 10am both online at www.PRHcatchtheace.ca and in person at our ticket locations listed below.

 

The Week #1 draw will take place on June 25th with a guaranteed weekly pot of $3,000 sponsored by Pierre’s Garage.

 

“We are thrilled with the community support for the previous Catch the Ace lottery which raised an incredible $1,006,408 and enabled us to purchase 10 new hospital beds and two new Ultrasound machines, with the remaining funds going towards the purchase of a new CT scanner. We are also thrilled to announce that OK Tire Pembroke has generously come on board as our Catch the Ace presenting sponsor! The support from Ok Tire will mean that even more of the lottery revenue will go directly to the Foundation, meaning more funds for medical equipment and improved local health care,” said the Foundation’s Executive Director Roger Martin.

 

In addition, the Foundation is excited to announce that there will be four guaranteed prizes kicking off this round of Catch the Ace:

Week #1 will be a guaranteed prize of $3,000 sponsored by Pierre’s Garage

·

Week #3 will have a guaranteed prize of $5,000 sponsored by The Brick Pembroke

·

Week #5 will have a guaranteed prize of $5,000 sponsored by Bennett Electric

·

Week #10 will have a guaranteed prize of $7,500

 

Ticket prices are as follows: 3/$5; 10/$10, 50/$20 and 250/$40, giving you the chance to win both the weekly prize and the progressive jackpot, with 50% of ticket sales directed at the highest priority equipment needs at the Pembroke Regional Hospital! Weekly winners will be announced Wednesday mornings at 10am live on the PRH Foundation’s Facebook page.

 

Funds from Catch the Ace will fund the hospital’s top priority equipment needs. This latest round will kick off raising funds for the purchase of 10 new IV Pumps for the Emergency Department valued at $52,000. The IV Pumps are an essential medical device required to deliver nutrients and medications to patients.

 

Cash sales of Catch the Ace tickets will once again be available at the following locations during their regular business hours: Holiday Inn Express, Cork Culture, NRTC Communications (Petawawa), Bumpy Roads Studio (downtown Pembroke) and Making Seasons Bright.
